well mine used to be the ol' "press 1 repeatedly if you have obsessive compulsive disorder, press 2, 3, and 4 if you have multiple personality disorder, ask someone to press 5 if you have dependency disorder, wait for the voice in your head to tell you what number to press if you have schizophrenia, and if you have maniac depression, no matter what number you press no one will answer the phone" but that got annoying real quick so I changed it to "leave me a message, if it's not funny I won't listen to it"

Some people I use to talk to recorded theirs late at night when they had friends over and they all talked into the phone. They stated their names, and then said "We're tired. Bye!"

It was there for years, I think it's probably still there...
